We had an amazing time in Tunisia. Thanks to your planning and the assistance of your colleagues, everything went like clockwork, from beginning to end. We were able to accomplish our entire itinerary as scripted — which made us happy, given the planning we had put in prior to the trip in terms of what to see.

Nadhem was simply superb — super-friendly at all times; knowledgeable and informed (we learned so much about Tunisia from him); totally reliable in terms of getting us from A to B on schedule (yet flexible too); and also (importantly) a safe driver. From the desert to the spectacular Roman ruins, to the city bazaars, to the museum mosaics, to the WW2 sites — what a terrific experience!

I should add that, as you know, the Iran conflict started on our second day in-country. Nadhem (and your office) were very reassuring in terms of monitoring how that might impact us during our travel; and we’re aware that he maintained in close touch with authorities about the security situation during our time in Tunisia. As things turned out, of course, we’d didn’t experience the least impact, but it was good to know that he (and your office) were on top of all this. (Also, traveling during Ramadan did not pose any problems, as you had indicated.)
