I am usually a solo, do-it-yourself global traveler, but I felt I needed help with my first time in Africa. I am so delighted that I found Mosaic North Africa and enlisted their help! Prior to the trip, they were easy to work with and quick to answer questions. During the trip, everything was wonderful: my guides were fun and attentive and knowledgeable, my accommodations were great, and there was always someone around when I needed help. At one point, I had found I’d forgotten to turn in a physical hotel key that morning, and even though we were already a couple hours from the hotel by then, the problem was solved in minutes. As a single traveler in countries where I didn’t speak the language, I always felt confident in my drivers and guides, and I never had the opportunity to feel lost in any way.

 

The itinerary was great, too! As an archaeology nerd, I was thrilled to see so many of the key cities and sites of Morocco and Tunisia. If I had a complaint, it’s that I wanted to spend more time everywhere I went, because each place was even more stunning than the last.

 

I had a fantastic two weeks, and Mosaic made it happen.
