Nadhem was very professional, always making sure we were set up properly in the various hotels, not leaving until we were settled; running out to get us bottles of water, during the day; and catering to our “strange” requests.  He was always polite and helpful. 

All in all we had a wonderful experience and Nadhem was extremely helpful in helping us find the specific Jewish sites we were interested in.
