All the guides in Algeria are very experienced, knowledgable and caring. My special thanks to Walid who helped take immediate actions to “save” me from the Constantine airport incident and rearranged the itinerary so the rest of my trip wasn’t impacted too much. Also would like to thank Isslem the guide in Ghardaia, even though I wasn’t able to fly to Ghardaia because of the airline incident, he was there waiting for whole night and helped me get through when things happened (he helped me speak to the people at airport to understand what happened as no one there speaks English). Really appreciate his help though I didn’t get the chance to meet him in Ghardaia. As in Tunisia, Nadhem is a great guide as well. My return departure flight was ealy in the morning and when I tried to leave the guest house the door was locked and no one in the lobby. With no one to ask for help, I called Nadhem and he helped me to call the guest house staff, at the end I was able to get on the way to airport. I’m lucky to have these people who helped me and go way and beyond.

 

Algeria is a country with treasures and people should come and visit to find out more about the place. Though tourism a bit under developed there’re lots to see and be explored here, especially the nice and warm people which are definitely highlight in my trip. Tunisia is beautiful and relaxed, I’m happy I could get some time to relax in Tunisia after Algeria :)

 

I would highly recommend Mosaic North Africa to others who are interested in visiting Algeria and Tunisia…..
