The highlights of this 11-day private tour were the beautiful European city of Algiers and the Ottoman city of Constantine, and visiting the Roman ruins in Djemila. 5 days in the desert was too long and I would recommend only two days in Timimoun and one in Taghit and skipping Oran. Although the train from Oran back to Algiers was lovely.
