How to Cancel: All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to our Mosaic North Africa agency or to your sales rep. Cancellations made by phone are not accepted. The cancellation will take effect on the date Mosaic North Africa receives your written notice.
How Days Are Calculated: The number of days is determined by counting only the full calendar days between the date Mosaic North Africa receives your written cancellation notice and the tour start date. Neither the date your written notice is received nor the tour start date itself is counted.
Example: If your tour departs on October 15 and Mosaic North Africa receives your written cancellation notice on September 30, the days are counted from October 1 through October 14, which equals 14 full calendar days. This falls within the 0–14 day bracket and no refund is available. If your written notice had been received on September 29 instead, the count would be September 30 through October 14 = 15 full calendar days, placing you in the 15–30 day bracket with 25% of the total invoice refundable.
Reduction in Group Size: If some member or members of a private tour party cancel, the increased unit cost to run the tour for the reduced number of members will be calculated by Mosaic North Africa, partnership.
